Different types of PII submitted to this site by children under 13 is used in various ways and described as follows. 1. We collect a child’s PII (including name, email address, mailing address and phone number) for such activities as chats, forums, surveys, games, guestbooks, bulletin boards, requests for suggestions and requests for additional information. 2. We collect a child’s PII for activities such as contests and sweepstakes for the sole purpose of communicating with the child on a one-time basis (for example, contacting a contest or sweepstakes winner.) 3. We will respond directly on a one-time basis to a child’s specific request or suggestion regarding this site and will obtain parental or guardian consent to respond more than once to a child’s specific request.

For certain online activities, we may require verifiable parental consent before collecting or using PII for children under the age of 13. In these instances, we will only collect child’s name and online contact information and the e-mail address of the child’s parent or guardian. For contests and sweepstakes, parental consent will be obtained before we send the winner a prize. Before using the information for any purpose, we will send the parent or guardian an email that informs them that we wish to collect and use their child’s PII and need their consent to do so. We will provide the parent or guardian a link to our Privacy Policy outlining our information collection and use policies as required by COPPA.

Children, remember to be smart online. Do not give out your full name, e-mail address, home address, telephone number or any other personal information that would enable someone to contact you online or offline with out first asking your parent or guardian for permission.

For Parents and Guardians

ZebulonQuest.com urges parents and guardians to participate with and supervise their children’s online activities whenever possible. We do understand that it is not always possible for parents and guardians to supervise children’s activities on the internet.

Unless we indicate otherwise and obtain prior consent, PII collected from children under the age of 13 will be used solely by ZebulonQuest.com for internal purposes (Such as sweepstakes administration and services related to the operation of this site) and will not be sold or otherwise transferred to third parties.

When we provide parents and guardians with notice and/or seek consent, we give them the opportunity to communicate their wish to review their child’s PII. We also give parents and guardians the option to change or delete the PII we have collected form their child. If parent or guardian requests for us to delete their child’s PII then ZebulonQuest.com will delete all the child’s and partents PII from its records. Parents or guardians please read our opt-out portion of this policy.

ZebulonQuest.com contains links to other sites whose content we have found of possible interest to our visitors. Please be aware the ZebulonQuest.com is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. RELEASE OF INFORMATION

If ZebulonQuest.com is sold or transfers ownership, the information we have obtained from you through your voluntary participation in our site may transfer to the new owner as part of the sale in order that the service being provided to you may continue. In that event, you will receive notice through our website of that change in control and practices, and we will make reasonable effort to ensure that the purchaser honors any opt-out requests you might make of us.

OPT-OUT REQUEST

If you, or your child, have submitted personal identifiable information through our site and wish to have that information updated/corrected or if you wish to stop all future communications with ZebulonQuest.com and wish your information deleted please contact us at zebulonquest@gmail.com. In your correspondence please state clearly your request to change or permanently deleted your or your child’s PII from ZebulonQuest.com’s database. We will e-mail you with written confirmation of such removal with notification of final e-correspondence. Unless your PII is voluntarily submitted again no further correspondence from ZebulonQuest.com will occur.

However, there may be residual information that will remain with our database that may or may not contain PII. This residual information will not be given to any third party or used for any commercial purpose.
